At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has fallen across
the warned area. Up to three to four inches of rain have fallen
since 530 PM EDT. Flash flooding is already occurring. Law
enforcement has reported that several roads are flooded around
Bryson City.
