MORNING...
.Low pressure continues to rapidly strengthen off the NC coast.
Periods of heavy snow this morning will cause blowing and drifting,
with the worst conditions expected early this morning. Localized
blizzard conditions are possible along and north of Highway 264,
especially across the northern Outer Banks through early this
morning.

MORNING...
* WHAT...Moderate to occasionally heavy snow. Additional wet snow
accumulations of around an inch possible this morning.
* WHERE...Martin, Washington, Tyrrell, Mainland Dare, Beaufort
and Mainland Hyde Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will
cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
