* At 237 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
1 to almost 2 inches have quickly fallen from these storms.
Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is expected over the area as
thunderstorms continue to develop . This additional rain will
result in minor flooding.
