    French Broad River Near Fletcher affecting Buncombe and Henderson
    Counties.
    French Broad River At Marshall affecting Madison County.
    .Runoff from heavy rain will result in the river remaining
    above flood stage. these river forecast points have either
    crested or soon will crest.
    The Flood Warning continues for
    The French Broad River At Marshall.
    * until Thursday evening.
    * At 2:46 PM Wednesday the stage was 8.1 feet.
    * Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 9.0 feet by this
    evening. The river will fall below flood stage late Thursday
    morning.
    * Impact...At 9.0 feet...Minor flooding continues. The French Broad
    River is close to the top of the railroad tracks and starting to
    flood areas between Highway 70 and the normal riverbank. Flooding
    of buildings along Back Street and on Blannahassett Island is
    worsening.
