The National Weather Service in Wilmington has cancelled the Coastal
Flood Advisory.
* Location...For the immediate coast and beaches from Surf City NC
south to Pawleys Island SC.
* Rip Current Risk...High for all beaches of Brunswick County from
Bald Head Island to Sunset Beach.
* Surf Height...5 to 8 ft this afternoon.
* Rip Current Timing and Tides...Rip currents will occur at all
times with the worse ones within a 4 hour window centered at low
tide. Low tides for Thursday...400 pm.
* Other Hazards...Expect Strong longshore currents.
