    * At 528 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
    warned area. Much of the warning areas has received in excess of
    10 inches of rain during the last 48 hours. Some areas have
    received in excess of 20 inches of rain. Widespread flash flooding
    has been reported and additional rainfall this morning will
    exacerbate ongoing flooding and lead to additional, dangerous
    flooding.
    Isolated additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible
    in the warned area.
