* At 1249 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms moving into the Coastal Plains. This will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. 1 to 2 inches of rain per
hour is possible through the early morning hours as thunderstorms
train over the same areas.

Greenville, Kinston, Washington, Winterville, Ayden, Farmville,
Wallace, Warsaw, La Grange, Mount Olive, Bethel, Grifton, Kornegay,
