    Uptown Charlotte, Huntersville, Gastonia, Central Charlotte,
    Northeast Charlotte, Southwest Charlotte, East Charlotte, Northwest
    Charlotte, Mt Holly and Belmont.
    Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches
    per hour will be possible in these areas.
