    * Flash Flood Warning for...

    Franklin County in central North Carolina...
    * Until 745 PM EDT Friday
    * At 142 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain associated with
    the rain bands of Hurricane Florence. One to two inches of rain has
    already fallen across Franklin county. Up to an inch has fallen
    across eastern Wake county, with additional heavy rain of one to
    two inches an hour moving into the county. The heavy rain will
    likely continue through the afternoon and into the evening. Flash
    flooding is expected to begin shortly.
