    * Until 115 AM EDT Saturday
    * At 701 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain associated with
    Tropical Storm Florence rotating through Nash and Edgecombe
    Counties. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen and
    additional bands will persist through this evening and into
    tonight. The heavy rain combined with the rain that has already
    fallen, will result in flash flooding of area streams and creeks.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Nashville, Dortches, Bailey, Red Oak,
    Princeville, Sharpsburg, Pinetops and Spring Hope.
