    WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA...
    .As strong high pressure builds in, cooler temperatures will
    allow areas across the southern and central North Carolina
    mountains and foothills to fall below freezing tonight through
    Friday morning. Winds will subside across the North Carolina
    Piedmont, allowing areas of frost to develop before daybreak
    Friday.
    ...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT FRIDAY...
    The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued
    a Frost Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM EDT Friday.
    * LOCATIONS...The Foothills, Northwest Piedmont, and portions of
    the Southern Piedmont outside the Charlotte Metro area.
    * TEMPERATURES...Lows generally 33 to 38 degrees.
    * IMPACTS...Tender vegetation may be damaged or killed if left
    unprotected. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the
    cold.
