    * At 638 AM EDT...Moderate to heavy rainfall from Tropical
    Depression Florence will continue to cause life threatening flash
    flooding across the warned area. An additional one to three inches
    is possible this morning. This is a life threatening situation, as
    numerous roads are already impassible, along with widespread
    flooding. The additional heavy rain will result in flood water to
    continue to rise this morning, threatening homes and businesses
    across the warned area.

    Jacksonville, Kinston, North Topsail Beach, Wallace, Warsaw,
    Pumpkin Center, Piney Green, New River Station, Half Moon, Camp
    Lejeune Center, Mount Olive, Swansboro, Phillips Crossroads,
    Hubert, Kornegay, Rose Hill, Richlands, Beulaville, Deep Run and
    Maysville.
