The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a
* Flood Warning for
the Broad River In Nc At Boiling Springs.
* From this evening to Friday evening...or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 3:00 PM Thursday the stage was 10.5 feet
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise
to near 12.7 feet by early Friday morning.the river will fall below
flood stage by late Friday morning.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet...Minor Flood Stage. Broad River floodwaters
may be approaching the base of residential home foundations between
Abe`s Mountain Rd. and the river.
