    CLEVELAND COUNTY...
    At 1225 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    that 1.5 to 3 inches of rain have fallen since early this morning.
    Expect flood conditions on many creeks within the Broad and First
    Broad basins to continue, and aggravated high water conditions and
    urban type flooding thoughout greater Shelby and the highway 74
    corridor. Shower activity will diminish across the area through
    early afternoon.

    Shelby, Kings Mountain, Boiling Springs NC, Belwood, Grover,
    Lawndale, Patterson Springs, Fallston, Polkville and Lattimore.
