    Clay County in southwestern North Carolina...
    * Until 815 PM EDT Saturday.
    * At 818 PM EDT, due to the recent heavy rains, TVA is releasing
    high volume of water over the Chatuge Dam. The heavy flow of
    water into the Hiwassee River is already flooding low lying areas
    and roadways near the river in Clay County, NC.
    Flood waters will continue to move down the Hiwassee River through
    Saturday afternoon.
