    * At 1158 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
    tornado was located near Bogue Inlet Pier, or 15 miles southwest of
    Newport, moving northwest at 50 mph.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
