    * Until 515 AM EDT Thursday.
    * At 500 PM EDT, emergency management and local media continue to
    report flooding in numerous locations across Northeastern North
    Carolina, including Moyock, Elizabeth City and Camden. Over the
    last few days 3 to 7 inches of rain have fallen with some locally
    higher amounts. Numerous roads are closed across each county due
    to the high water. Some roads that are currently flooded include
    Marsh Causeway in Currituck County, Griffin Swamp Road in
    Pasquotank County and portions of Texas Rd and Wickham Road in
    Camden County.

    Currituck, Elizabeth City, Camden, Elizabeth City State University,
    Grandy, Weeksville, Indiantown, Nixonton, Old Trap, Whitehall
    Shores, Moyock, Knotts Island, Shiloh, Bob White Fork, Poplar
    Branch, Spot, Glen Cove, Gregory, Barco and Spences Corner.
