CABARRUS...DAVIE AND ROWAN COUNTIES...
At 1243 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding across
portions of Cabarrus and Rowan counties. Also the Rocky River and
Back Creek gauges are rising rapidly and are over bankfull.
Additional rain of up to an inch is possible across Davie and
northern Rowan counties, but little additional to the south is
expected.
