At 922 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that heavy tropical rainfall continues to occur over the area.
Localized 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen since early this
morning. Flash flooding is already occurring in many locations in

    other loose materials.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hendersonville, Columbus, Black Mountain, Flat Rock, Mountain Home,
