    * Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
    * Forecast...The river will crest early Friday morning and fall
    to below flood stage by Friday morning.
    * Impact...At 20.0 feet, Minor flood stage. There is significant
    overflow into adjacent pasture and lowlands.
