    AFTERNOON...
    .The passage of the remnants of Florence will bring elevated
    winds with strong gusts to much of Upstate South Carolina and
    western North Carolina as we head into the afternoon. Winds
    should start to gradually decrease with less frequent gusts
    through the afternoon hours.
    ...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING...
    * LOCATIONS...The Foothills of North Carolina and much of
    Upstate South Carolina.
    * TIMING...Through the day today.
    * WINDS...Northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
    * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
    Trees will be blown down and power outages will result.
