    Southeastern Worcester County in central Massachusetts...
    * Until 1045 AM EDT.
    * At 956 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
    was located over Webster, or 15 miles south of Worcester, moving
    northeast at 25 mph. Trees have been downed in portions of
    Woodstock Connecticut but a tornado has not been confirmed.
    HAZARD...Tornado.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
