    * Winds...Northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
    * Timing...Winds increase Friday morning. Winds decrease later
    Friday night in Rhode Island and Central Massachusetts. Wind
    decrease Saturday afternoon in Eastern Massachusetts.
    * Impacts...Strong winds may bring down trees and power lines.
