    * TIMING...Strongest winds will occur after midnight until about
    daybreak.
    * IMPACTS...Strong winds may knock down a few trees, large tree
    limbs and result in isolated power outages.
    * LOCATION...Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts, including
    Block Island and Marthas Vineyard.
