    * WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional ice accumulations of up
    to one tenth of an inch are expected.
    * WHERE...Extreme southeast Vermont, northwestern Connecticut, the
    Mohawk Valley, Helderbergs, eastern Catskills, Lake George
    Saratoga Region, and northern Herkimer County, and southern
    Saratoga County in eastern New York, and western Massachusetts.
    * WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in difficult travel
    conditions on untreated surfaces, including during the morning
    commute. Tree branches could fall. Expect reduced visibilities
    at times.
