    MONDAY EVENING...
    The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a High Wind
    Watch, which is in effect from late Sunday night through Monday
    evening.
    * Locations...Southern Green Mountains, northern Berkshires,
    eastern Rensselaer County and Washington County.
    * Winds...East to southeast winds 20 to 40 mph with gusts up to
    60 mph.
    * Timing...Winds increase late Sunday night with damaging winds
    through the day Monday, ending Monday evening.
    * Impacts...Downed trees, tree limbs and power lines, which may
    cause scattered power outages. Difficult travel conditions,
    especially for high profile vehicles.
