    The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Dense Fog
    Advisory, which is in effect until midnight EST tonight.
    * Location...The Mohawk Valley, Greater Capital Region, Lake
    George Saratoga Region, Schoharie Valley, Helderbergs, Taconics,
    eastern Catskills, and mid Hudson Valley of eastern New York,
    the Berkshires in Massachusetts, and Litchfield County in
    Connecticut.
    * Visibilities...One quarter of a mile or less.
    * Timing...Through midnight.
    * Impacts...Greatly reduced visibilities through midnight. Near
    zero visibility in some areas.
