    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near blizzard conditions possible with
    windy conditions resulting in blowing and drifting snow. Travel
    will be very difficult. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per
    hour are possible. The afternoon commute is expected to be
    impacted.
