    The Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for
    * Portions of southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island,
    including the following areas, in southeastern Massachusetts,
    Bristol and Plymouth. In Rhode Island, Block Island, Bristol,
    Kent, Newport, Southeast Providence, and Washington.
    * Until 10 AM EDT this morning
    * A period of moderate to heavy rain fall is expected this
    morning. Some locations may see a quick 1 to 3 inches of rain
    this morning, with the best chance near the south coast and
    towards the Cape Cod Canal. This may lead to localized flash
    flooding...particularly in flood prone and poor drainage areas.
    The rain should exit most of the region by afternoon.
