    * WHAT...Moderate to heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of
    up to 2 inches are expected.
    * WHERE...Northern Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.
    * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will be gradually diminishing this
    evening, however into early this evening reduced visibility,
    locally below 1/2 mile at times, is expected in the area. Bands
    of moderate snow will make travel difficult. The afternoon
    commute is expected to be impacted. Plan ahead and use caution
    if you must travel.
