    The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton has issued a High
    Wind Watch, which is in effect from Saturday morning through
    Saturday evening.
    * WINDS...Northeast 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
    * TIMING...Late morning Saturday into Saturday evening.
    * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
    Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be
    difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
    * LOCATION...Coastal Essex County, with a particulary focus on
    Cape Ann.
