    The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton has issued a High
    Wind Watch, which is in effect from Saturday morning through
    Saturday afternoon.
    * WINDS...East 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
    * TIMING...Early morning Saturday, into Saturday afternoon.
    * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
    Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult for high
    profile vehicles.
    * LOCATION...Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha`s Vineyard and Block
    Island.
