    The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton has issued a Wind
    Advisory, which is in effect from 11 PM this evening to noon EDT
    Saturday.
    * TEMPERATURES...As low as 32.
    * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 46 mph.
    * TIMING...Areas of frost early this morning. Strong winds late
    tonight into Saturday morning.
    * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Strong
    winds may knock down a few large tree limbs and result in isolated
    power outages.
    * LOCATION...This includes Cape Cod and Marthas Vineyard.
