    AFTERNOON...
    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * A portion of southeastern Massachusetts, including the
    following areas, Barnstable, Dukes, and Nantucket.
    * Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon
    * Heavy rainfall is expected to end by mid afternoon. Total
    rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches are possible, with localized
    amounts up to 6 inches over Nantucket. This could lead to
    localized flash flooding, particularly in poor drainage areas.
