    Advisory, which is in effect from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Monday. The
    Excessive Heat Watch is no longer in effect.
    * Location...The Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts and
    Connecticut.
    * Heat Index Values...Up to 109 due to temperatures in the mid
    90s, and dewpoints in the lower 70s.
    * Timing...During peak heating today and Monday afternoon.
    * Impacts...Heat indices of these values could lead to heat
    illnesses particularly to those most vulnerable.
