    * At 933 AM EDT, emergency management reported numerous roads still
    closed due to high water from lasts nights heavy rainfall. While
    rapid rises of water are not expected today, ongoing flooding will
    continue to for several more hours as the result of 4 to 6+ inches
    of rain.

    Salisbury, Ocean City, Salisbury University, Berlin, Delmar, Cape
    Isle Of Wight, Ocean Pines, Parsonsburg, Newark, Pittsville,
