    * At 654 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has
    ended. However, two to four inches of rain fell across the area
    overnight and it will take time for all of the water to drain and
    recede. Several roads remain flooded across the area. Do not go
    around cones or barricades.

    Georgetown, Milford, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Harrington, Lewes,
    Federalsburg, Milton, Bridgeville, Trappe, Dagsboro, Preston,
    Millville, Ellendale, Bowers, Henlopen Acres, Smithville, Gumboro
    and Cape Henlopen State Park.
