    AFTERNOON...
    * WHAT...A mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Total snow and
    sleet accumulations of less than one half inch and ice
    accumulations less than one-tenth inch are expected.
    * WHERE...Most of the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.
    * WHEN...Snow and sleet will transition to freezing rain through
    the midday hours, eventually becoming rain this afternoon.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Be
    prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
