    * At 539 PM EDT, reporting gauges indicate flooding is occurring on
    the lower Patapsco River downstream of Elkridge, especially in the
    Linthicum and Pumphrey areas. While the river has crested,
    flooding is expected to continue, especially near the tidal
    interface.
