PRINCE GEORGES AND NORTHEASTERN CHARLES COUNTIES...
At 552 AM EDT, streams and creeks continue to slowly rise due to
excess runoff from rainfall last night. The Charles County 911
Center reported numerous roads still closed due to high water across
the county. Doppler Radar estimates that around 3 to 5 inches of
rain has fallen across most of the warned area.

Waldorf, Clinton, Fort Washington, La Plata, Upper Marlboro, Andrews
Air Force Base, Camp Springs, Rosaryville, Marlton, Saint Charles,
Accokeek, Bryans Road, Brandywine, Hughesville, Baden, Morningside,
Charlotte Hall, Aquasco, Bryantown and Pomfret.
