    The Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of central Maryland and northern Maryland, including
    the following areas, in central Maryland, Anne Arundel and
    Prince Georges. In northern Maryland, Northern Baltimore,
    Northwest Harford, Southeast Harford, and Southern Baltimore.
    * Until 6 AM EDT early this morning
    * A soaking moderate to at times heavy rain is expected
    overnight. Additional amounts of around one inch are expected.
    Due to the saturated ground, this may result in flooding.
