* TIDAL DEPARTURE...Around 1.5 feet above normal.
* TIMING...Around the time of high tide. High tide at Havre de
Grace is at 11:28 PM this evening.
* IMPACTS...Water is expected to go over the bulkhead at the
Havre de Grace Yacht Basin. Minor shoreline inundation up to
one foot above ground is possible elsewhere.
