* WHAT...Blizzard conditions occurring. Travel will be very
dangerous to impossible, including during the evening commute.
Additional snow accumulation of up to one inch possible. Very
cold wind chills expected overnight. Expect wind chills to range
from zero to 10 below.
* WHERE...Wicomico, Somerset, Inland Worcester and Maryland
Beaches Counties.
* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 6 PM EST this evening.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM
EST Friday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will cause
whiteout conditions in blowing snow. Significant drifting of the
snow is likely. The cold wind chills overnight will cause
frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If
you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get
