chills to range from zero to 20 below zero late tonight and
Thursday. Wind chill indices could range from 20 below zero to
35 below zero on Thursday night.
* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Eastern
Preston, Western Tucker and Eastern Tucker Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to 7
PM EST Thursday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Thursday evening
through Saturday morning.
