  • ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT FRIDAY...
    The Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of western Maryland and northern West Virginia,
    including the following areas, in western Maryland, Garrett.
    In northern West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker,
    and Western Tucker.
    * Until 2 AM EDT Friday
    * Expect rainfall totals of 1.5 to 2.5 inches through tonight.
    * Flooding of streams and low lying areas is expected, and a Flood
    Warning has recently been issued for the area. The Flood Watch
    will remain in effect for now to avoid any possible confusion
    caused by its cancellation.
