    * From late tonight until Friday afternoon.
    * At 11 PM Thursday the stage was 8.5 feet and rising.
    * Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...Rise above flood stage by overnight tonight and crest
    near 9.5 feet by overnight tonight. The river will fall below flood
    stage by tomorrow morning.
    * Impact...At 9.0 feet...Low lying areas near the river around
    Kitzmiller are flooded.
    * Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.4 feet
    on Jul 29 2017.
