  • The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a
    * Flood Advisory for...
    Northwestern Garrett County in western Maryland...
    * Until 900 PM EDT.
    * At 657 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to 1.5 inches of rain has already fallen. Up to one half of an
    inch of rain is expected.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Oakland, Bittinger, Deer Park, Accident, Deep Creek Lake State
    Park, Swallow Falls State Park, McHenry and McComas Beach.
