MORNING...
* WHAT...Wind chill values between zero and five below zero.
* WHERE...The Lower Maryland and Virginia eastern shore.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. Hazardous travel
conditions continue, especially on secondary roads due to snow
and ice. Motorists are urged to use caution while driving,
keeping plenty of distance between you and other motorists.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
