    * Flash Flood Warning for...
    Carroll County in north central Maryland...
    Eastern Frederick County in north central Maryland...
    * Until 1030 AM EDT Saturday.
    * At 248 AM EDT, a trained spotter reported nearly 7 inches of rain
    fell in Linesboro in Carroll county since 830 PM Friday evening. A
    stream gauge on the Cranberry Branch in Westminster indicated the
    river has risen very rapidly in the last hour and will rise above
    flood stage shortly. As a result, flash flooding is expected to
    begin shortly on the Cranberry Branch in Westminster. Other small
    streams and creeks in Carroll and Frederic counties may also flood.

    Westminster, Emmitsburg, Eldersburg, Mount Airy, Taneytown,
    Hampstead, Manchester, Sykesville, Oakland, New Market, Gamber,
