* LOCATIONS...Shoreline in Charles County and King George County.
* TIDAL DEPARTURE...2 to 3 feet above normal.
* TIMING...Around the time of high tide. High tide is occurring
now. The next high tide at Dahlgren is at 4:10 PM this
afternoon. The next high tide at Goose Bay is at 5:18 PM this
afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Water is expected to cover yards and docks in
Dahlgren, yards and parking lots near Cobb Island, and approach
structures near Cobb Island this morning. Shoreline inundation
up to two feet above ground is possible elsewhere. This
afternoon, Water is expected to reach yards near Cobb Island and
docks near Dahlgren. Minor shoreline inundation up to one foot
above ground is possible elsewhere.
* OTHER INFORMATION...Additional Coastal Flood Advisories may be
needed through Tuesday night.
